Roger Taillibert b. 1926 in Châtres-sur-Cher (Loir-et-Cher) is a French
architect , notable for designing theParc des Princes inParis and the Olympic Stadium inMontreal, Canada . The Olympic Stadium was a major embarrassment for Montreal as it was not fully completed in time for the 1976 Olympics and was massively over budget.He was appointed commander of the
