Business Park Sofia

Business Park Sofia ( _bg. Бизнес Парк София) is a business park currently in construction in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Part of the larger Sofia Park complex which is also to feature a residential and commercial area, it would include 35 buildings and would spread over a plot of 220,000 m² and a total built-up area of 300,000 m².

As of October 2006 19 of the buildings have been completed and are in use. These include a BMW centre, a Globul centre, a Kino Arena multiplex, COMO and Technopolis hypermarkets, as well as a number of office and multi-purpose buildings.

The investor and head executive is the German Lindner Holding, the projects of which include the Deutsche Bank, European Central Bank, Sony Center, in addition to several busy international airports and top-class buildings.
