"Artiletra" (a fusion of a Portuguese expression, "Arte e Letra" meaning "Art and Letter") is a Cape Verdean bi-monthly newspaper/magazine. It is headquartered in Mindelo, the nation's second largest city and is one of the most circulated newspapers in Cape Verde. Artiletra features essays, articles and reflexions covering intellectual topics like education, science, cape-verdean culture, among others.
