Andes , in theAraucanía Region ofChile , near Pucón. The centerpiece of the park is a line of three volcanoes stretching transversely to the Andean range: Villarrica,Quetrupillán andLanín .Roble and Raulí tree species are found at lower elevations.
Coihue s occur in the wettest areas. At higher elevations, forests are dominated by the Araucarias.The park's forests provide habitat for wildlife such as
Cougar s, Chilla andCulpeo foxes,Pudú es,Coypu s,Harris's Hawk s,Lesser Grison s,Molina's Hog-nosed Skunk s and the rare Monitos del Monte.References
