Three United States Navy ships have borne the name "Plunger".

* The first USS|Plunger|SS-2|3 was the lead boat of the "Plunger"-class of submarines and was later renamed as the first "A-1".
* The second USS|Plunger|SS-179|3 was a "Porpoise"-class submarine used in World War II.
* The third USS|Plunger|SSN-595|3 was a "Thresher"-class nuclear submarine commissioned in 1962.
