Charles Holker Carroll (May 4, 1794 – June 8, 1865) was an American planter, jurist and statesman from Groveland, New York. He represented New York in the United States House of Representatives from 1843 to 1847 as a member of the Whig Party.
He was buried at the Williamsburg Cemetery in Groveland.
Henry Fitzhugh was his brother-in-law.
