1986 BDO World Darts Championship

The 1986 Embassy World Darts Championship was the 9th World Professional Championships. The tournament was held between January 4 and January 11. The championship moved to a new venue, the Lakeside Country Club in Frimley Green, Surrey having been held at Jollees Cabaret Club in Stoke-on-Trent for the previous 7 years.
