Michalis Klokidis is the all-time scorer in the top four divisions of Greek football. He was born on 23 December 1971. Has played with Levadeiakos, ILTEX Lykoi (Anagennisi Epanomi), Agersani Naxos FC, Leonidio FC, Kerkyra FC, Thrasivoulos Filis and in 2003–04 played with AS Rodos where he was the top scorer in the 3rd division with 28 goals. In the summer of 2004, he was signed by Asteras Tripolis with whom he celebrated 3 club promotions, once to the third division in 2005, once to the second division in 2006 and finally the club's promotion to the Greek Superleague in 2007. He was the top scorer in 2004–05 in the entire 4th division with 39 goals. In 2005–2006, he scored 18 goals in the third division. "Mr. Goal" or "the Bomber" has scored 276 goals in 345 regular season games (as of the end of 2005–06 season). As of 27 November 2005, Michalis Klokidis is the all-time Greek goal scorer for the 4 top divisions with 261 goals. He surpassed Thomas Mavros (formerly with AEK) and Antonis Antoniadis (formerly with Panathinaikos) when he converted a penalty in a 1–0 win at Apollon Athens in a Greek 3rd division game. For 2007–08 he has transferred to Korinthos FC who is newly promoted to the Greek 3rd Division. For 2008–09 he has transferred to Makedonikos FC who is newly promoted to the Greek 3rd Division.[1]
