"The Intelligent Investor" is a value investing publication that is published fortnightly in Australia. The 16-page publication focuses on listed companies on the Australian Stock Exchange. "The Intelligent Investor"'s main philosophy is value investing, and thus it was named with the same name as the Benjamin Graham book, The Intelligent Investor. The magazine claims to be "Value Investing Experts".

Cover StoryEvery issue, the cover story is based on a topic that generally relates to the sharemarket or the economy.

Bulletin BoardThe Bulletin Board normally follows the Cover Story. It contains a dividend list for stocks reviewed by the publication, Annual General Meeting dates, notices, example portfolio transactions, recommendation changes, and a creative investing cartoon.

Stock ReviewsThe publication normally covers around seven to eight stocks in detail, plus another 10~12 stocks in brief, although these numbers may vary. Articles in the Stocks in Detail section gives a snapshot of the company details, fundamental and share price risk ratings, recommendations, 5-year chart. Other information may be included in reference to the content of the article. Stocks in Brief feature only a short, paragraph summary and recommendation. These are common after minor announcements.

Sector ReviewsIn most issues, there will be a sector review, in which popular stocks in a particular area would be jointly reviewed. These can be up to 3 pages, or sometimes in a separate special report.

Investor's CollegeEvery publication there is an article that teaches the reader about a specific aspect of the sharemarket. The articles are rated for beginner, intermediate and expert investors.

Portfolio UpdateNormally at the end of the magazine, this article updates the changes to the hypothetical example portfolios, income and growth. It normally features once every 4 or 5 issues.
