The Union Advertising Agency Ltd (The Union) is a privately owned advertising, direct marketing and digital marketing agency based in Edinburgh, Scotland and Leeds, England. It was founded in 1996 by three former directors of Faulds Advertising and now employs over 60 staff. It works for a number of blue-chip client companies and public sector advertisers including Baxters Food Group, Sterling Furniture, VELUX, Scottish & Newcastle, PeoplesChampion.com, stv.tv, Scottish Government, Scottish & Southern Energy, Scottish Widows, Whyte & Mackay, Quality Meat Scotland, Historic Scotland, Seychelles Tourism Board and Miller Homes.

The company has a sister agency, Union Direct, which specialises in direct marketing, and a specialist division, Union Digital which has expertise in web build and online marketing. The company also has sister companies Union Direct, specialising in direct marketing, and Union Connect which specialises in sales promotion and field marketing.

The Union is a shareholder in Worldwide Partners, Inc, the world's largest independent network of marketing communications agencies.

The directors of The Union are Ian McAteer, Andrew Lindsay and Mark Reid.
