- Robert Kho-Seng Lim
Robert Kho-Seng Lim (Chinese: 林可勝;
October 15 ,1897 -July 8 ,1969 ) was a Chinese doctor. His father isLim Boon Keng , who promoted social and educational reforms inSingapore and China. Robert K. S. Lim enteredEdinburgh University when he was eight. He graduated in 1919 with a degree in medicine. After theSecond Sino-Japanese war , he rebuilt his country's medical education and medical research. He wasLieutenant General in the Army and Surgeon General of theRepublic of China . In 1947, Lim reorganizedNational Defense Medical Center and was the first president.External links
