Louis Leo Snyder (1907-1993) was an American-born German scholar who witnessed the Nazi mass meetings and wrote about them in "Hitlerism: The Iron Fist in Germany". He successfully predicted

Louis Snyder was a native of
Annapolis, Maryland , and graduated from that city'sSt. John's College in 1928. He became a German-American Exchange Fellow in 1928 at the University of Frankfurt am Main. He was also an Alexander von Humbolt-Stiftung Foundation Fellow in 1929-1930. He then became a Professor of History atCity College of New York .Miscellanea

National Socialist Program in his book, "Hitler and Nazism".
