16 December 1946 inKarlskrona ) is a former Swedish footballer.He started his career at Swedish club
Åtvidabergs FF , and moved to German club1. FC Kaiserslautern in 1973. During his four years there he played 117 matches and scored 62 goals. He also played 37 matches and scored 15 goals for theSweden national football team from 1969 to 1976, including scoring two goals in the1974 FIFA World Cup .According to BBC, as stated in their feature "The 10 Best Celebrated goals of all time", "In the early days, it was considered ungentlemanly to celebrate a goal. They also refused to head the ball, run... There was no tackling and they would woo the opponents before getting a shot. All this changed when this Scottish started playing."
