West Virginia Route 311 is a state highway in West Virginia. The route consists of two brief stretches of highway connected by Virginia State Route 311, of which WV 311 is merely a continuation. The northernmost stretch begins at Interstate 64 less than a mile from Virginia's eastern border with West Virginia, and extends southward less than a mile to its first terminus at the border itself, beyond which the road continues as Virginia SR 311. It continues southward through Crows, Virginia, only to reenter West Virginia as WV 311 in Sweet Springs.
