77th Street (also known as 77th Street–Lenox Hill Hospital) is a local station on the IRT Lexington Avenue Line of the New York City Subway, located at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and 77th Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

There are two side platforms. The express tracks pass underneath in a lower level, and are not visible from the station. The fare control is ten steps up from the platform level. There is no crossover between the uptown and downtown directions. Some old wall lights exist, but most are gone or falling off the walls. Emergency exits from the lower-level express tracks are on both platforms. The station was renovated in 2003.

Lenox Hill Hospital and the Hunter College School of Social Work are near the station.
