Cethana Power Station is a hydroelectric power station on the Mersey Forth catchment in Tasmania. It was opened in 1971, the station is one of only a few underground stations in the state. It has one Francis turbine with a generating capacity of 85 MW of electricity. The station is run by the waters of lake Cethana a lake formed by a dam of the same name.
