- Supersweet
SUPERSWEET is a Thai-Anglo indie youth culture magazine focusing mainly on music, art, fashion and lifestyle. SUPERSWEET originally started as a fanzine supplement to [http://www.dudesweet.org Dudesweet] clubnight in
Thailand in 2003. Both SUPERSWEET and Dudesweet are credited with being responsible for the rise of alternative music and culture inBangkok and by virtue, Thailand as a whole.History
SUPERSWEET and Dudesweet were created by Choltida Pekanan and Pongsuang Kunprasop, the former being based in
London and the latter in Bangkok. The connection to London has had a great influence on the music played at the club night as it was the only outlet for alternative music at the time. Also part of the scene are bands such as Futon andModern Dog . The success of these bands and Dudesweet had a major impact on Bangkok's youth culture has seen the birth of several other alternative club nights in the city.Content
