The Panhandle and Santa Fe Railway is a now-defunct rail company that was a subsidiary of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway.
It operated in Texas until the Interstate Commerce Commission overrode a provision of the Texas Constitution that required railroads operating in Texas to have headquarters inside the state, whereby the company was dissolved.
