Queen Elizabeth II has been head of state of 32 different
Commonwealth Realms since 1952. Currently, there are 16 realms. The Queen has had eleven British Prime Ministers, second only to George III, who had fourteen, and one more than the number had by Queen Victoria. She has also had eleven Canadian Prime Ministers, eleven Australian Prime Ministers and thirteen New Zealand Prime Ministers.
