Its length is up to 46 cm.The Antilles catshark has a striking pattern of variegated dark brown saddle blotches and dark bands on the tail. There is a distinct crest of enlarged
dermal denticle s along the upper margin of the elongated tail. It feeds mainly on shrimp.Reproduction is
