Pat McCabe is an Australian rugby union player. He plays with the Warringah Rugby Club and has won the ARC with the Central Coast. McCabe can play as a fullback, right winger, at outside centre or at flyhalf. NSW Development Tour Of Europe

In September 2006 McCabe was called up to the NSW first team squad for a development tour of Europe. On 30 October 2006, McCabe scored a crucial try for NSW against Leinster A in Dublin as the Waratahs finished their European Development Tour with a hard fought 20-17 victory. Australian Rugby Championship

McCabe was selected alongside fellow Australian U/19 rep Jared Waerea-Hargreaves in John McKee's Central Coast Rays squad announced in July. McCabe made his First Grade debut for Warringah on April 29th 2007 in a game the Rats won 51-10 over Penrith. 2007 U/19 World Cup

McCabe started the Under 19 World Cup in Belfast at flyhalf due to both Kurtley Beale and Quade Cooper not being selected because of Super 14 duties. McCabe again started in Australia's 23-12 defeat of Fiji. In the third game he was used as a substitute replacing captain Brett Gillespie in the 68th minute in a game Australia again won 30-11.
