The station began broadcasting in
1955 . The station also added improved service to Tulsa, OK with the purchase of commercial station KGND (nowKOSN ) 107.5 FM ofKetchum, Oklahoma in September2004 by Public Radio Capital which entered anLMA with Oklahoma State University to simulcast the KOSU signal. A third station was added in March of 2006 when Public Radio Capital extended the LMA to include 101.9 FM inOkmulgee, OK .External links
