Franz (Ignaz) Anton Bagnato, also known as "Francesco Antonio Bagnato," (1731-1810) was the son of
architect Johann Caspar Bagnato . Franz Anton Bagnato was also an architect active during theBaroque period. He is mostly remembered for his works in the service of theTeutonic Knights .From 1759 onwards, he worked for
Prince-Bishop Franz Konrad von Rodt of theBishopric of Constance , finishing amongst others the New Castle and the chapel of the seminary inMeersburg .Works
