Hermitage-Sandyville is a small town on the south coast of Newfoundland, with a population of 499 people in the Canada 2006 Census. The main source of income for the community is provided by the local fish plant and local fishing.

The school in Hermitage is John Watkins Academy, which students of both Hermitage-Sandyville and Sealcove attend.

Hermitage is connected by ferry service to the small towns of Gaultois and McCallum.
