Chris Vaughn returns home from a stint in the military to find that his home has been corrupted by the opening of a casino and the prevalence of drug dealing and use. After Vaughn is beaten up and left for dead by casino security, Vaughn runs for and is elected Sheriff of Kitsap County, Washington and he sets his sights on cleaning up the town’s gambling and drug problems.
