"The Objectivity of the Sociological and Social-Political Knowledge", know also as "Objectivity of Social Science and Social Policy" is a book written by Maximilian Weber, a German economist and sociologist. The original edition was published in German, but various translations to English exist.

This discusses the essential concepts of Weber's sociology: "ideal type," "empathic understanding," "imaginary experiment," "value-free analysis," and "objectivity of sociological understanding".
