Herdem is a Turkish word which means always, all the time, every time, each time. "Herdem" has been used in lots of Turkish famous literatures.

At the same time "Herdem" is surname of a famous family in Turkey(TR). Herdem Family has great achievements in Turkey and known as one of the signs of success in Sizir/Sivas which is one of the most beautiful towns in Middle Anatolia in Turkey.

The first constituent and leader of the family is "Kasım Herdem" who is known as "Hacı Usta". Hacı Usta has died in 1974. After his dead, Herdem family started scattering in Turkey, but they didn't separate from each other.
