Blueharts Hockey Club

Blueharts Hockey Club is a hockey club based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. They were founded in 1946 and train at Hitchin Boys' School. The clubhouse is located in Lucas Lane which is also the home of Hitchin Cricket Club and Hitchin Lacrosse Club.

The hockey club hold an annual fireworks display on the 5th November. This is the town's premier fireworks event.

The term can also be used a "I am a Bluehart" meaning I am a member and in many cases were a past member. In the late 80's the club song was "Blueharts, Blueharts" to the tune of "New York,New York" penned by the Ladies section as part of a cabaret at the famous Mens Dinners and then recipricated at the Ladies Dinners.
