- Huining Fu
Huining Fu (zh-cp|會寧府|Huìníng Fǔ) was a prefecture in the
Shangjing region ofManchuria . It served as the first superior capital of theJin Dynasty (1115-1234) between 1122 to 1234 (and was a secondary capital after 1173 [ [http://search.eb.com/eb/article-9003190 "A-ch'eng"] . (2006).
