William St Julien Arabin (—) was a British jurist who served as the United Kingdom Judge Advocate General for a three-and-a-half-month period (
6 November 1838 –21 February 1839 ).Judge Arabin was known as an eccentric figure who was notorious for his confused pronouncements. Some of his most famous quotes include:
