Originally the brainchild of Keith Feinstein, Videotopia is a travelling
science museum exhibition documenting the entire history ofvideo game s. It is the most comprehensive such exhibit currently in existence, encompassing not only every significant commercial video arcade machine and game console ever produced, but also interactivemultimedia kiosks containing information about the history of the games' development and their impact on popular culture.Videotopia is currently operated by Feinstein's longtime curatorial partner Jeff Anderson, who maintains the exhibit's vast game collection, based in
New Jersey . Videotopia has been featured at numerous science museums in the U.S., such as theFranklin Institute inPhiladelphia , as well as overseas and in selected performances ofVideo Games Live .
