* The salutation is usually a silly thing, such as "Hello my perfect teeth"
* There's a paragraph about anything that follows; sometimes it's about the news, sometimes it's about how he's incredibly bored, but it's always put in a very funny way.
* The thought of the day is inserted; one of my favorites is "It's not running with scissors that's dangerous, it's tripping and poking it in your eye."

## Oh my God!
## Fix your arm yourself, I'm not your slave!
## Hmmmm... I knew I should have taken those courses in physiology.
## Don't worry, it won't hurt; I'm drunk

* There's usually a little conclusion, and then...
* ...he signs his e-mail by writing his first name, a silly thing, and then his last name
