List of recurring child characters on Ned's Declassified

This is a list of recurring kid characters from the American teen sitcom, "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide."

Secondary characters

Seth Powers

(Played by Alex Black Seasons 1-3). Seth Powers is a nice but often not-so-bright jock who is almost constantly spinning his favorite basketball. He is a good person and once dated Moze, but they broke up because he needed to take time about where the relationship would go. Seth is good at several sports but prefers basketball above the rest. He is friends with Cookie and Ned but doesn't hang out with them much. He is very popular. Strangely, after he started going out with Evelyn, he became extremely smart. Other than that, neither his personality or fashion sense changed. His five most important things (in order) are basketball, rhyming, cartoons, corn, and Moze. Although, Moze may now be replaced with Evelyn on his list of most important things, seeing as she is who he's currently going out with.

Lisa Zemo

(Played by Rachel Sibner Seasons 1-3). Lisa is a nerd, but sweet girl with only 22% use of her sense of smell. Thus, she's constantly taking sniffs from her nasal spray. In the first two seasons, she had an obvious crush on Cookie, and constantly schemed to spend time with him, not always to Cookie's pleasure. Lisa was also the 7th grade class treasurer, because she was uncontested. In season three, on the first day of eighth grade, she came to school without glasses or her nasal spray (she says she got contact lenses and a new allergy medication). She also got a new hairstyle and more stylish clothes. Since then, she has become the resident love interest of the less popular kids and Cookie (He even calls her "The new hot Lisa Zemo" when he sees her on the first day of eighth grade). Since she's now receiving the attention of several boys, Lisa has been less intense in her love for Cookie. Cookie attempts to win her heart for all of season three, and he finally wins a pizza date with Lisa at the end of the series finale.

Evelyn Kwong

(Played by Michelle Kim Season 3). Also deemed Evil-lynn by Cookie, Evelyn is extremely nauseated and always is sure about what she is onto, she also never trusts anybody except herself, is revealed to be Cookie's rival in academics. She and Cookie fiercely compete to be the smartest kid in school, with Cookie turning out to be the undisputed winner in the end. She and Cookie share an accidental kiss in "Dismissal." Later in the episode, it was revealed that she has a crush on Cookie as she gave him another kiss. In the episode "Tests" Evelyn takes Cookie's compatibility test and finds out that she's also compatible with Seth Powers. The two are going out by the end of the episode. She is a member of the Super Nerdy Organized Super Squad. The S.N.O.S.S.. The S.N.O.S.S. helps Ned become organized in one episode. Ned stayed organized.

Faymen Phorchin

(Played by Vinicius Machado Season 3, mid-way). Faymen was an exchange student from Brazil and Moze's crush in the third season. His name is a play on the phrase "fame and fortune". He almost moved back to Brazil in "Friends Moving" when his parents thought he was depressed and his grades were falling. Then Crubbs revealed to Faymen's parents that that he was in love with Moze, allowing him to stay at Polk. He also admitted in "Making New Friends" that he finds Missy Meanie to be "very attractive", but still likes Moze a lot more. He is the only child character on the show whose parents have made an appearance. He was Moze's boyfriend through "When You Like Someone Who is Seeing Someone Else," when he moved to Brazil for a role on his nation's international soccer team, which was his final appearance.

Coconut Head

(Played by Rob Pinkston Seasons 1-3). Coconut Head is an extremely sweet kid with a last-minute Mom job haircut (which, oddly enough, he never grows out of). Because of this, he's considered somewhat of a bully's favorite, and has a habit of throwing up his hands when unnerved, usually screaming in terror, and often in tears. Coconut Head is an extremely talented singer, with an unnaturally operatic voice for a kid his age. He is a member of the school choir, newspaper staff and chess club. Coconut Head's real name has never been revealed to date, and is referred to by his nickname by his classmates, teachers and even the yearbook. Coconut Head was the only recurring character to appear in all thirteen episodes of the first season, but his role has dropped in importance in the second season. This is highlighted and made fun of in the 'Valentine's Day' episode: "When you're me, you'll take all the attention you can get." He appeared, however, in almost all of season 3's episodes, and his role as a character increased dramatically.

Billy Loomer

(Played by Kyle Swann Season 1-3). Billy Loomer (also known as Bully Loomer, or just plain Loomer) is Polk's resident bully, who, despite a penchant for acting tough, has an extremely sensitive side. This is usually seen regarding his one-sided crush for Moze. He dated Suzie Crabgrass for the majority of Season 2 (after Ned accidentally set them up at the climax of the first season), but this ended after Crabgrass discovered he was two-timing her with Missy Meanie (whom he only dated because she had a swimming pool). Loomer's main "victims" are Ned, Cookie (though at times, they seem to have a friendly rival attitude to each other), and Coconut Head. He is known to go to extreme lengths to keep his "bully" title, as shown in season 3. Moze and the Huge Crew are the only students that can intentionally intimidate him. In the series finale, he and Suzie get back together after Suzie and Ned break up. After the Season 2 episode "Guide to: Secrets", Loomer's crush on Moze wasn't touched on again until the Season 3 episodes "Guide to:Vampires, Ghosts, Werewolves & Zombies" and "Guide to: Jealousy" and more notably, the series finale. His fear are the ghosts.

Jerry Crony

(Played by Matthew "Teo" Olivares Season 1-3) - One of Loomer's friends. He usually acts as tough as Loomer, aiding in tormenting many of Polk's students, yet both he and Buzz were quite willing to cash in on Cookie's bounty on Loomer's pants. The most proficient member of the sewing club, he tries to admit this in the episode "Guide to: Secrets", but a school bell or fire alarm would always interrupt his announcement. He's known for his "big hair" and has a crush on Missy Meany.

Buzz

(Played by Reccie Cannon Season 1-3). Another one of Loomer's followers. For the first two seasons and for a part of the third, he seemed to have had no independent thoughts and simply copied Loomer. During that time period, Buzz had not been seen actually saying a single word. In "Volunteering", he made his first and only actual statement about the good of volunteering and that it makes the world a better place. Crony said, "So that's what he sounds like!" and Loomer pointed out that he hasn't talked the whole time he has known him. After those comments, he said that the reason he didn't talk was because "everything has been fine up to this point." His only other word was when he joined Cookie and said "Sup?"

Martin Qwerly

(Played by Tylor Chase Season 1-3). Martin Qwerly, whose name is a reference to the first episode, when he was first referred to as the "smart and squirrly kid", is renowned for his extremely fast speed of talking, and the seemingly endless list of topics he can talk about. He was the 7th grade vice-president, but acted as president due to the actual president being the infamous weasel. It was revealed in the "Tutors" episode that Martin is part of a large family, where each sibling's name starts with the letter "M", including his sister, Marva Qwerly. Martin was also revealed to be "Le Forger", the school's greatest note forger in Season 1, however, this fact remains secret to nearly the entire school. He is quite adept with several instruments. He seems to be somewhat oblivious, as evidenced by when Suzie didn't want to listen to him for hours, she pulled a cardboard cut out of herself out of her locker and walked away, with Martin none the wiser. A few scenes later we see Martin still talking to the cutout not knowing it is a cutout, and even telling the Suzie cutout that she was a "good listener." A similar scene occurred with Martin's sister and a Ned cutout.

Missy Meany

(Played by Carlie Casey Season 2-3). Missy Meany is a cheerleader, and one of the most popular girls in school. Introduced at the start of the second season, she is usually seen ridiculing and making fun of the less popular kids. She is mortal enemies with Moze, due to Moze receiving more valentines than her on Valentine's Day, and likewise fell out with Suzie Crabgrass when she secretly dated Billy Loomer. She also went out with Ned in the "Dares" episode and it's revealed in Season 3 that she has a huge crush on Ned. She has gone through several different plots to get him to like her since this season, making her character appear quite often in recent episodes. Though Ned never really openly showed a romantic interest, he has on several occasions gone on dates with her, including when she was his date for Seth's party and he had her inadvertently thrown out after trying to blow her off for Suzy. He ended up coming to help her and got her back in and was seen holding hands with her. He also allowed her to kiss him, feeling it couldn't hurt. She became obsessive and stuck a sign on him saying "Property of Missy" and he fake-dated Moze to get her away.

The Huge Crew

(Doris Tremblay, Mandy and Sandy Crew, played by Jennifer Hyatt, Jherimi Carter, and Cathy Immordino respectively Season 1-2). The Huge Crew are a group of female bullies, all have a major crush on Ned, as a result of accidentally receiving an elaborately decorated Valentine card meant for Suzie. They have even gone as far as to set up their own Ned fan-club, "Club Ned" (which is a pun on Club Med). Strangely, even though Ned doesn't return their affection, one guy does: Coconut Head, even though they constantly beat him up. Moze was also a member of The Huge Crew for half a day. They did not appear in Season 3. This could be because they were in 8th grade and graduated. Doris sometimes acts friendly and normal towards Ned, Moze, Cookie, and the Weasel.

Albert Wormenheimer

(Played by Stephen Markarian Season 2-3). First appearing in the second season, Albert Wormenheimer is an extremely stereotypical nerd who hears a voice in his head. He was part of Ned's math study group at one point, and has been known to be a huge nose-picker. The actor who plays Wormenheimer was originally cast as Boogie (later renamed Cookie) in the original version of the show, but the part was recast when he was judged to be too tall for the part. He is a member of the math club, school choir, The Super Nerdy Organized Super Squad, and G.E.E.K. He is also the creator of the infamous popularity list at Polk, where Cookie revealed his real name, which is Albert Wormenheimer.

Claire Sawyer - Future Lawyer

(Played by Brooke Marie Bridges Season 1-3). Claire Sawyer wants to become a lawyer, and is already practicing her own version of law around the school, and has helped many of the characters in sticky situations on several occasions. Just as Coconut Head, she appeared far less in Season 2 than in Season 1. She always introduces herself as "Claire Sawyer, Future Lawyer," which occasionally leads the characters to remark that they have known Claire since pre-K. A running gag is her tendency to appear when a character makes a lawyer-related expression, only to leave in anger when she learns that they were just making a point.

Other recurring characters

*Backpack Boy (Played by Kendre Berry "Season 1-3"). Unsurprisingly, Backpack Boy is famous for his constant carrying of an extremely large and far-too-heavy backpack. He was introduced to as the kid who didn't "avoid overstuffing the backpack". He has a major crush on Claire Sawyer and is referenced in several episodes as being a superhero.

*Timmy Toot-Toot (Played by Kelli Miyata "Season 1-2, one episode in Season 3"). He is renowned for his explosive flatulence, but has the 'decency' to warn the student faculty by exclaiming 'toot-toot' before he does so.

*The Killer Bees (Played by Krystal Acosta (Queen Bee), Sean Michael (Stinger) and Carlos Pena (King Bee), respectively "Season 1"). The much hated super-spelling gang of the school. Their name may also be partly derived from their unique style of bullying, as they will "swarm" students and begin spelling random words to try to intimidate their victims with their superior spelling skills. Cookie once temporarily joined the Bees himself, but quit when he learned that they only wanted him in the gang so that he could hack into the school's computer and change their math grades. The Killer Bees, like Martin Qwerly, have their own theme, which is played whenever they appear. It is "Flight of the Bumblebee" by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov.

*The Super Nerdy Organized Super Squad (Evelyn Kwong, Albert Wormenheimer, and Lance Widget "Season 3"). A group of very organized students at Polk middle school. Evelyn is mastered in morning prep, Albert is mastered in clutter and calendar, and Lance is mastered in designating spots for writing utensils, ID cards, etc.

*Chandra Taylor (Played by Marquise Brown "Seasons 1-2") Chandra is a friend of Moze's, but not the best girlfriend Moze is looking for.

*The Oboe Twins (Played by Alex Hoover and Addison Hoover "Seasons 1-2") Identical twins Stacey and Tracey Oboe are always in each other's company. Ned and Moze once tried to make them Ned's possible girlfriend and Moze's possible best friend, but after being separated, they began copying off other students rather than off each other. They both play the oboe.

*Stu (Played by Landon Taylor) Appeared as an extra in the first season, but became a recurring character in the second. Very good natured, but thought of as a slight 'sheep' due to his penchant for joining groups.

*Toby (played by Richard Van Horne) is the first person who Moze tutors in the episode "Tutors". It is later revealed that he has no interest in Math and is only there so that he can stare at Moze.

*Lionell Scaunton (Austin Butler) is usually seen in the background of many episodes. His name is revealed in "Yearbooks" since he won nicest hair for 7th grade, alongside Suzie Crabgrass. He has blond hair (almost always curly though was once seen straightened) and has a similar clothing style to Ned Bigby and is shown to keep doves.

*Allan Alby (Played by Jesse Heiman) Large ruddy-faced, bespectacled Polk Student. Often seen in the hallways and Ned's classes.

*Vanessa (Played by Logan Browning) An eighth grade girl in Cookie's math class who he tries to get a date with, and hides the fact he's in only in the seventh grade. Only seen in Season 2 due to being in 8th grade and graduating.

*Bitsy Johnson (Played by Spencer Locke) Appeared in Season 1 as one of the popular girls, constantly getting Ned and company in trouble. She constantly cheated off Moze in the short "Cheaters" (), due to the fact that she always cheats her way onto the student honor roll. She had somewhat of a Missy-like role, but did not appear at all after the first season. Her name is most likely a parody of designer Betsey Johnson.

*Jock Goldman (Played by Ben Hogestyn) Moze's on-off boyfriend. Dated Moze at the start of Season 2 just to win back another girl, but did agree to go on a proper date with her at the climax of the season. However, he broke up with Moze after seeing Moze and Ned kissing accidentally at the 'Around the World' dance in the season finale.

*Scoop (Played by Vincent Martella "Season 1-2") The fast-talking, Yankee-accented school photographer.

*Snake (Played by Garett Yoshimura) Student easily distinguished by his wearing of an eyepatch during gym scenes. Otherwise, he appears without the patch, usually wearing a Polk Letterman jacket in the company of Mike. He is a reference to eyepatch wearing Snake Plissken, the main character in John Carpenter's films "Escape from New York" and its sequel "Escape from L.A.", played by Kurt Russell and possibly Solid Snake from the Metal Gear series.
*Doug Secksay (Played by Ben Savage Season 1-2)Fact|date=June 2007 is the most popular kid in school. He is rarely actually seen due to the large group of groupies surrounding him, however in "Valentines Day", his groupies leave him. His body is seen from the back, but the camera never actually shows his face. His name is a play on "sexy". In the Season 1 episode "Elections," he spoke to Coconut Head with a stereotypical "surfer dude" accent, but when he had longer speaking roles in the Season 2 episode "Valentine's Day," he had a stereotypical Hispanic accent.

*Candy Manderson (Played by Vanessa Werkheiser) A cheerleader and one of Missy's best friends.

*Matthew Palmer Noid (Played by Cameron Monaghan Season 2-3) Palmer is a mischievous hyper red-headed 6th grader only calmed by classical music. He occasionally helps Ned, after Ned unsuccessfully tries to stop his pranks, then dissuade him from coming to Polk Middle School, in the Guide to Upperclassmen. His catchphrase is, when he finds something stupid, he says "Cheesin' (what ever he finds stupid)" and he often takes people's pants or their "key's and" something. His name may be a play on paranoid.he has also made special appearances on other nick shows like Drake and josh and the Romeo show.

*Tyke (Played by Cameron Scher) Appeared in Season 3 episodes. Short with blonde hair, he is often seen frequenting the hallways. He was also at the bus stop when Cookie wanted to leave the bus stop to be early for school. He said that his mom would drive everyone to school.

*Marvin (Played by Marvin Giovanni) Lanky brown-haired student at Polk. Originally a devotee of the "New hot Lisa Zemo," he donned glasses as a (literally) card-carrying member of G.E.E.K.

*Morris Adams (Played by Lil' JJ), who appeared in "Class Clown" was a funny guy who would only show his jokes to Moze. At the end of the episode, he decides to help the school by becoming the new class clown.

*Spencer (Played by Corbin Bleu "Season 3") appeared in "The School Play" and "Revenge". Spencer also has a major interest in acting and dreams on making it to stardom. He wants to take Suzie away from Ned in "School Plays" by kissing Suzie and making Ned jealous at the finale of the play for Romeo and Juliet. In "Revenge", Spencer called Backpack Boy ugly, and took Claire from him, because of this, Backpack Boy was jealous.

*Mike Grudzielanek (Played by Joseph Ruzer) is a popular kid. His name is also an obvious play on Kansas City Royals second baseman Mark Grudzielanek . In season 2, he is seen as an eighth grader. But in season 3, when Ned is an eighth grader, it seems he still goes to Polk as a student who was held back.

*Psycho (Played by Ernie Sloman) Brooding, hostile student who wears a military jacket. While not an overt bully, no one at Polk wants to antagonize him.

*Todd Rideg, (Played by Nathan Norman) was the class clown until he moved to Cleveland, Ohio.

*May, June, and Julie, are girls that appeared in "Dares" who Moze thinks are robots. The reason Moze mistook them for robots is May's prosthetic arm, June's twitch, Julie's interest in electronics, and the fact that "they don't swim" (because they think the water is cold). Their names are plays on the fifth, sixth and seventh months: May, June, and July (Julie) (Moze makes a reference to this in her line, "Don't tell me, July."

*Lance Widget (Played by Adam Cagley "Season 2-3") is a conceited smarter student who says "moron" a lot. Appeared in "Tutors", "Revenge" and "Getting Organized". According to him, his last name is pronounced "wi-JAY". This might mean he is French-American, or it could be that he doesn't like the way his name is supposed to be pronounced and snaps at anyone who correctly says "widget." He speaks with a New York accent. Lately has become a member of Lisa Zemo's "posse." He is a member of the Super Nerdy Organized Super Squad.

*Mary Belle Lewis, who appeared in "The Library" is a kid (presumably a 6th grader) who eventually becomes Moze's friend.

*Becky Sherwood, is a girl who appeared in "Seating", "Popularity", and "Girls". In "Girls" she talks like a man.

*Amy, who appeared in "Boys", is the leader of the gardening club. She talks in a hillbilly accent and is nuts about boys (so is the rest of the gardening club).

*Bernice Livinghocker, is a new girl that pretends she is someone else. Becomes girlfriend with Ned and Albert.

*Sylvia Gumpopper is a girl who Moze tries to become friends with until she couldn't even talk to her because Sylvia popped her bubble loudly a bunch of times because she had a large number of pieces in her mouth.

*Amy Cassidy is Jock Goldman's girlfriend. Is obsessed with stuffed animals.

*Mark Downer is an emo boy in the "Positives and Negatives" segment. He sits by himself and utters depressing non-sequiturs on life to anyone who talks to him, and is so negative that flowers droop when he is near and anyone who tries to talk to him gets depressed. He never cheers up until he meets Sarah Gothman, who he can relate to. His name is a play on a term for something depressing.

*Sarah Gothman (played by Olivia Dawn York) is a goth girl who is considered a negative in the "Positives and Negatives" segment causing Ned to hook her up with Mark Downer, based on the mathematical law that "a negative times a negative equals a positive." When they meet in the library, she and Mark like each other while an explosion of static electricity occurs to shock Loomer, and walk out hand in hand happily.

*Brian Barbieri (played by himself) is an Albanian kid appearing frequently in the background of various episodes, such as "Girls", "Math", and "Project Partners". In "Project Partners", he is seen matched with one of the Oboe Twins, and also an unknown extra.

*Mat Hoffman (played by himself) appeared in the episodes "Sick Days" and "Dares". He is a friend of Mr. Monroe in the show.
