Vladimir Šeks (born Osijek, 1 January 1943) was Speaker of the Croatian Parliament from December 22, 2003 to January 11, 2008. He is a member of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ). He has been a representative in the Croatian Parliament since the nation's independence.

Šeks's 25-year-old son Domagoj, was found dead in Goa, India on February 26, 2005 after he was reported missing by friends a day earlier. There are conflicting reports about the casue of death with some sources reporting that he was robbed and murdered, while other sources state the cause of death as an accidental drowning.Fact|date=June 2007
