Wayland Prison is a prison in the county of Norfolk, England located near the village of Griston. The prison opened in 1985, and is used for Category C inmates.

As of May 2008, the prison had a capacity of 897 inmates in eight residential units. Most cells are single occupancy, though the Induction Wing, and some selected cells in the main wings, are shared. Two of the accommodation units are designated for those taking part in Sex Offender Treatment Programmes.

The prison provides a range of workshops and training facilities as well as an Education Department which focuses on basic key skills. Wayland has a type 2 Healthcare Centre. There is a Visitors' Centre offering refreshments and a play area for main prisoner's children in the visits room. This is supervised and managed by The Ormiston Children and Families Trust. The prison has been enlarged on three occasions.
