Bijoy Krishna Handique (born 1 December, 1934) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Jorhat constituency of Assam and is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) political party. He is a son of Krishna Kanta Handique.

He is Minister of State in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers and Minister of State in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.
