The Hanover Band founded by Caroline Brown in 1980 is a British period-instrument orchestra, widely acclaimed as one of the leading period-instrument orchestras in the world.

Monica Huggett , SirCharles Mackerras ,Roy Goodman ,Anthony Halstead ,Nicholas McGegan ,Richard Egarr ,Nicholas Kraemer ,Graham Lea-Cox ,Jeffrey Skidmore , Paul Brough and Andrew Arthur.The Hanover Band has appeared at the
Carnegie Hall ,Amsterdam Concertgebouw ,Bridgewater Hall, Manchester ,South Bank Centre ,Royal Albert Hall andWigmore Hall , among many other venues. They have toured the UK many times, made ten tours of theUnited States and performed in Canada, Mexico, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Greece & Turkey.Their current residency is at The Old Market,
