Frank Watson is a Republican member of the Illinois State Senate, representing the 51st district since 1983 and serving as Senate Republican Leader. He was Assistant Majority Leader from 1993 to 2002, and previously served as a State Representative from 1979 to 1982.

Watson received a bachelor of science degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University.
