WLOT-LP channel 46 was a low-power Class A television station in Watertown, New York. It was Watertown's affiliate for the now-defunct UPN network, as well as the America One network, and was rebroadcast on co-owned WBQZ-LP channel 34, in the area to the northwest of Watertown. The stations are now silent.

WLOT and WBQZ were owned by Anthony DiMarcantonio and were listed for sale in January 2003 [ [http://www.fybush.com/nerw-030113.html Northeast Radio Watch, Jan 2003] ] . The licenses briefly were acquired by Clear Channel Communications at a price of $180000 [Broadcasting & Cable, 29-SEP-03] . At the time, Clear Channel owned WWTI, the local ABC 50, now Newport Television.

The stations shut down in 2005 after the death of the owner and subsequent legal troubles, however, licenses are still active and are owned by NC Partners. As with all television station licenses in the state of New York, WLOT's and WBQZ's licenses expire on June 1, 2007, and license renewal applications are due February 1, 2007. As of July 2007, both stations' licenses are still active, according to the FCC's database.

The question of who owns the station was the subject of legal challenges. The courts have yet to rule.
