History

Initially costing $20 million, Woodburn Company Stores opened with convert|243000|sqft|m2 of retail space in August 1999. The center was expanded by convert|66500|sqft|m2 of space which opened in November 2003. Its north end is currently under construction to add convert|27402|sqft|m2 of space costing $5.1 million which will open to tenants in November 2008. After this, one final expansion is planned for the future.

The company S.D. Deacon has been the general contractor of the mall's construction during all phases.
