"Our agency reputation is built on how well we execute the image work we do for our clients, who are all in the luxury category. Needless to say, retouching is that much more crucial with this kind of work. It requires more than technical proficiency, but the eye of an artist, which Richard has. It makes my job easier too, because I never feel I have to sit behind him to explain what I want done. He just always gets it."
