The winners of the Offaly Championship winners qualify to represent their county in the Leinster Senior Club Hurling Championship and in turn, go on to the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship.

Coolderry, Birr, Kilcormac/Killoughey, St Rynagh's, Seir Kieran, Shinrone, Tullamore, Kinnity, Belmont, Drumcullen, Lusmagh and Brosna Gaels.
Brosna Gaels return to Senior level having won the 2011 Offaly Intermediate Hurling Championship. Shamrocks, meanwhile, are relegated to Intermediate.
