Luis Firmin de Carvajal, Conde de la Union

Luis Firmin de Carvajal, Conde de la Union was a Spanish general born in 1752 in Lima. In 1794, during the French Revolutionary Wars, he commanded the Spanish Army in its retreat from Rousillon. The Spanish invasion of France was thrown back and he perished shortly afterwards.
