In January 2007, Dorgu was a contestant in UK celebrity singing reality contest "
Soapstar Superstar ". The show (which is hosted byZoe Ball ) placed Dorgu up against ten other soap opera actors. Each night she had to sing a different song with only 24 hours to learn it.Dorgu now holds the record for the most times in the bottom two. She survived the bottom two for five nights and then finally went out, after making it to the semi-finals. She was even in the bottom two on the first night to her last night.
