Career at ESPN
Flanagan came to NFL Network in early 2006 after spending five years at
ESPN . At ESPN, she worked as sideline reporter forcollege football and was also reported on programs such as "SportsCenter " and "Baseball Tonight ". Alex was also a TV anchor for one of Alabama's most reputable TV stations, WSFA Channel 12, in Montgomery before her career at ESPN.Career at the NFL Network and NBC Sports
As of February 2008, she is a
reporter for theNFL Network . As reporter, it is her job to break news during the day on "NFL Network Now " which is an update segment. When hostRich Eisen is unavailable, Alex often hosts "NFL Total Access", an hourly show on the NFL Network that recaps games from the preceding week and previews upcoming action.Starting in September 2007, Alex served as the sideline reporter for the Notre Dame home football games on NBC.
Flanagan will serve as a host for
