Carla Bonner (born March 3, 1973) is an Australian actress best known for playing the role of Stephanie Scully in the soap opera "Neighbours", a role she has played since 1999. She was also a contestant on "Celebrity Big Brother Australia" in 2002.

Acting career

Before her role on "Neighbours", Carla had been acting for several years and has appeared in many commercials and television programs. Her only film role so far came as an extra in the Jackie Chan martial arts comedy, "Mr. Nice Guy".

During time on "Neighbours", Steph has been involved in many major storylines, emerging as a key character in the series.

Personal life

Bonner lives close to Melbourne with her sons Harley (born 1991) and Jhye, (born January 1998). Outside of "Neighbours", Bonner follows various public pursuits. She has been involved in several mainstream Australian charities over the years.

Bonner was involved in a car accident in July 2006, and was charged with driving while unlicensed, amongst other charges.
