The Monarchy of Yugoslavia, earlier the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes and the Kingdom of Serbia, was abolished in 1945. The current pretender to the throne of Yugoslavia is Alexander, Crown Prince of Yugoslavia. The Succession Law is Salic and allows only males to succeed.
