Peregrine Nicholas Eliot, 10th Earl of St Germans was born on January 2 1941 [No reference in GRO - born abroad] to Nicholas Richard Michael Eliot, 9th Earl of St Germans (January 26 1914 - 1988) and his wife Helen Mary Villers (c.1918 - December 6 1951).

Lord St Germans was educated at Eton College and has published his interests as:
