"Stand Up Australia!" is a TV show locally produced by The Comedy Channel since 2006. It is hosted by Cameron Knight, and features four Australian or international comedians on each one hour show. Series two is produced in Melbourne, previously the first series was shot at Foxtel's Sydney studios located in North Ryde, where the set and studio is was named "The Troubled Bison".

The first series went for a marathon 95 episodes and showcased just about every Australian stand up. For the week of the Melbourne Cup 2006 carnival, there was a number of episodes that had a "racing" theme for each show. This included the set, audience and host being dressed up in horse racing themes.

Some comedians who have appeared on the show include Tom Rhodes, Fiona O'Loughlin, Sam Simmons, Greg Fleet, Rod Quantock, Terri Psiakis, Michael Chamberlin, Subby Valentine, Charlie Pickering, Steady Eddy, Chris Franklin, Elliot Goblet, Pommy Johnson, Scott Brennan, Eddie Ifft, Simon Palomares, Dave Grant, Tommy Dean, Sam Bowring and Bev Killick.
