Bob Sutton (born January 28, 1951 in Ypsilanti, Michigan) is the defensive coordinator of the New York Jets. He was named defensive coordinator on February 20, 2006 after the dismissal of the Jets' former defensive coordinator Donnie Henderson. He previously held the position of linebackers coach and was instrumental in molding Jonathan Vilma from a college superstar into an NFL superstar. He also coached the United States Military Academy football team, more well known as Army, in 1996 and got the team ranked 24th in the nation, winning the Bobby Dodd Coach of the Year Award for best Division-I college coach in the nation.

He earned his physical education degree from Eastern Michigan. He and his wife, Debbie, have a son, Andrew, and a daughter, Sarah.
